Section 63

Separability of Provisions. If any provision of this Code, or the application of such provisions to any person or circumstance, is declared unconstitutional, the remainder of the Code or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by such declaration.

Section 64

Effectivity. This Code shall take effect upon its approval. Done in the City of Manila, this 6th day of June in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-seven.
