Intellectual Property Code with the 2020 Revised Rules of Procedure for Intellectual Property Rights Cases

Section 1

Any party may appeal from a judgment or final order, unless the accused will be placed in double jeopardy.

Section 2

The appeal shall be taken in the manner provided under Rule 122 of the Rules of Court.
