Section 8

The Services of the Department shall consist of the following: (1) Planning and Evaluation Service, which shall be responsible for providing the Department with efficient and effective services relating to planning, programs and project monitoring and development; (2) Financial and Management Service, which shall be responsible for providing the Department with efficient and effective staff advice and assistance on budgetary, financial, and management improvement matters; (3) Administrative and Legal Service, which shall be responsible for providing the Department with efficient and effective services relating to personnel, information, records, supplies, equipment collection, disbursement, security and custodial work, and all legal matters.
