Section 18

The Department is hereby authorized to establish, operate and maintain a Municipal/District Office to service a municipality or city district which shall be headed by the Supervising Social Welfare Officer and shall be primarily responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of the Department's field programs in the municipality or city, under the supervision of the Provincial/City Office.
