X filed a motion for Bill of Particulars, after being served with summons and a copy of the complaint. However, X’s motion did not contain a notice of hearing. The court may therefore:

1. A.Require the clerk of court to calendar the motion.
2. B.Motu proprio dismiss the motion for not complying with Rule 15.
3. C.Allow the parties the opportunity to be heard.
4. D.Return the motion to X's counsel for amendment.
